So where did the bomb come from?

The bomb was going to be a decision game in the next round. Use various tools to disarm it with hints from around the facility + one RNG choice, or sacrifice someone to disarm it. The explosion would only have affected people that were in the room or adjacent to it. It was in the room with the escape door (directly after the last set of puzzles).

Got killed as soon as I got out of the first puzzle.
