Oh, yeah, THAT'S a story. Got hired on as a... temporary bodyguard, of sorts, when I first showed up here in Miami. We got attacked, some guy started shootin' at us. One a' the guys that I was supposed to protect had already gotten shot- wasn't dead yet, but on his way- so I started freakin' out a little, hate t' say. Lost my temper. Tried t' attack this guy head on; he raised the gun, I raised my hand t' block the shot- like that'd help- and promptly got shot in the hand. That hurt like a bitch, but it did stop the bullet from hittin' me in the face 'cause that bullet hit bone. Then he tackled me an' my head hit the ground. Came to, rest a' the guys who I was workin' with had taken care a' him, Hirluin was patchin' up my hand and other injuries. Didn't realize my mask had gotten stained until 'bout a day later.

As for why it's still there, I just don't give a shit anymore, and everyone else just avoids th' topic. You're the first person to ask in about three months. Also, shut the fuck up, football guy.
