The maintenance and fuel refill crew outside give the thumbs up to the cockpit, while the Captain is performing final maintenance checks before takeoff.

The darkening sky is lit up by bright flashes of lightning coming from over the horizon.

There's been worse delays, I suppose. I've gotten stuck in Atlanta for god knows how long. A week? 'course, there's also the fact that in this covert jury council vote nonsense, that this... happened. Not sure what to read into that. It doesn't make them look sharpish, anyway.

Why not. They name's Stanley... Not really from somewhere specific, just kinda roam around city to city. Favorite fruit's a fresh one, haven't had a fresh fruit in ages. You'd assume they'd have a basket gift with fruits as a welcoming gift.
