double suspensions for the same game

Just gonna put this here for the logs

Right now its possible for someone to get suspended twice for the same game. It goes something like this

1. User A gets reported for spamming
2. Juror gets the report in queue, and notices another player (User B) said some very inappropriate things to the jailor night 1, so he duplicates a hs/h report on User B
3. The User A's spamming report gets guiltied, User A is suspended for one day
4. After the suspension ends, a juror looks at User B's hs/h report, and notices that User A both spammed and gamethrew, as he revealed all the mafia in his will. The juror tries to duplicate a report on User A for spamming, but gets the message that the report has already been closed. However, when the juror tries to duplicate a report on User A for gamethrowing that dupe goes through just fine, since User A is not currently suspended and the gamethrowing report did not exist before.
5. User A is later suspended for 3 days for gamethrowing in the same game he already got suspended for spamming.

As far as I know has this been fixed already, or could be that cause of reports closing without judgement after duping (the bug Abi found).

Nah, I found 2 or 3 open reports on people who already had guilty reports for a different reason in the same game today alone. I just wanted to log it here to make it more official.
