So I've been trying to get my reports (I do this periodically just out of curiosity and just in case) for most of the day today and nothing from TrialBot despite about 3 or 4 attempts at various points through the day. I then went to look at some of the latest reports on me from a previous report request and got a 404 error. I tried another report, got another 404 error. And another. And another. Is the trial system and/or TrialBot down?

Does that mean that the reports filled during that down time won't be processed?

I got people in game claiming to report me for gamethrowing, which was false, and I can't check it, and I'm worried since I already had 2 suspensions (and my appeal in the forum didn't even get answered!).

pretty much afaik. we'll just have to be patient and wait for it to come back up

The trial system is currently down for everyone, including mods, so that's why your appeal hasn't been answered. Reports should be processed still as far a I know, but nothing will be done about them until the system is back up.

Yes and no.

New reports are accessible. But seeing as not every report in queue will be a new report, there will still be some wonkiness.

I'll leave a reply here when Trial is fully up and working again, or incidently you could also join the Trial Discord Server to get updates about Trial Server immediately.

i just wanted to add that all reports prior to the trial server going down have been wiped

Trial System is back up now, however, reports prior to November 2020 are no longer existant (click here for info.)

And duplicating reports is not possible yet now.
