When I open the Trial System, the following error appears:

There was a problem connecting to the database. Error: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user 'trial'@'192.168.3.12' (using password: YES)

This error appears regardless of whether or not I'm logged in to the forum.

I'm using Firefox Quantum 68.0.1 but I also get the same error with Google Chrome, Safari, and curl.

It seems like the trial system is down right now unfortunately. We'll just have to wait for it to go back up.
