This is my idea on how to rework Psychic into a non-RNG and balanced around the same levels as other TSc or TI roles. This could also exist a separate role but it depends. I’d like to hear some feedback about this.

Name: Psychic
Alignment: Town Investigative

Abilities:
- Have a vision about four players each night.

Attributes
- If zero to one player(s) are evil then you will receive a message saying “Zero to One player from your vision is Evil!”
- If two to four players are evil then you will receives a message saying “Two to Four players from your vision are Evil!”
- You may not have a vision about yourself, a revealed Mayor or a resurrected player, additionally you will be incapable of using your ability with not enough players left to visionaise about.


Special Attributes
- Attack: None
- Defense: None


Additonal Information
- You do not visit your targets.
- Framed and Hexed targets will appear as Evil and Godfathers and Arsonists will appear as Non-Evil.


Goal: Lynch every criminal and evildoer.

too similar to sheriff, it checks more people but gets no exact info, this role is useless to late game

but if less then 5 people are alive you can't even use your ability

0-1 is not useful info

and neither is 2-4

this role is all dependent on finding 2-3 "confirmed town" and then checking one other person this just waaay to similar to sherrif it even cant find asro or GF

Well yeah. I could give it some buffs or change the role in some way.

The current Psychic is fine as it is. Fine as in the best your gonna get win making it RNG.


If this was changed to your idea I’d shoot myself in the head cause it’s so bad cause it’s not a “Psychic”


A Psychic is meant to confirm both Scum AND Town.

about the role: I think it's better than the current psychic, but I'd change it to 0-2 and 3-4.

I disagree cause it doesn’t have if anyone is Good or not.

RN it’s just a weaker Sheriff.
