Vandal
Neutral Evil

Abilities: Destroy public and private properties by visiting them.
Attributes:
    - If you visit someone, you will destroy their house, making them unable to do ANYTHING in the next day and night. 1 or 2 charges(i don't know yet. If you guys prefer 2 charges, the vandal cannot visit the same target twice).
    - You can also visit yourself once, making everyone unable to lynch someone in the next day.

Special Attributes: I don't know yet.

Goal: Survive to see the Town lose the game.

Win Conditions: Must kill the town. Can win with everyone else.

Investigative Results:
Sheriff: Your target is not suspicious.
Investigator: I don't know yet.

Examples:

player A = Vandal, player B = Investigator
n1: player A visits B.
d2: player B cannot talk, vote or whisper.
n2: player B cannot use his abilities or add new info in his will.
d3: player B can talk, vote and whisper.
n3: player B can do his thing.

n1: Vandal selects himself.
d2: Everyone will be unable to vote someone up.

The idea behind the Vandal is to give time to the evildoers do their thing.
Please, make suggestions to improve this role.

The first ability is fine with me, the second one is not because NO ONE CAN VOTE? WHAT??

Since he can only do that once, I don't think this is OP at all. Without that ability, this role would be an underpowered roleblocker.

Nobody being able to vote is actually slightly sided towards both teams and could be strangely dangerous.

Sure, Maf and such get an extra kill and whatever, but Town also has more time to discuss stuff. But also still more maf/NK-sided and probably still OP.

Ok, so what about being able to vote someone up BUT being unable to LYNCH that person?
I have four suggestions:
1.No one can be voted up.
2.Someone can be voted up, but no one can guilty or pardon that person.
3.Someone can be voted up, and people will be able to guilty or pardon. However, since the Vandal "broke" the thing, this person will not be executed.
4.Remove completely that mechanic.

I actually like the idea of a role being able to mess with that town's lynching capabilities it is new and different. (Almost like something I might come up with, but I would call it the Graffiti Artist, name is not important though). I think only being able to use the ability once is the nerf it needs, maybe prevent the town from getting the necessary number of votes so it just looks like people are not voting?
