[Anarchist] [Neutral Evil]

This is my first time on forums, and my first post. I'm new!

Role Name: Anarchist.

Role Alignment: Neutral Evil

Attributes: The player can choose himself, persuading anyone who visits him. Immune to escorts and consorts.

Abilities: Once every night, pick a person to "persuade". This will add them to your list. They will not know if they have been persuaded. Your list of "persuaded" people slowly grows from each time you persuade someone. At day time, you have a choose to "suppress" a player - this will make every single player in your "persuaded" list vote for that person to be lynched, then vote guilty. The order of which they vote is random.

Goal: Cause chaos upon the town, win by lynching everyone who opposes you.

Wins with: Anyone not Town.

Special Attributes:

Investigative Results: "This person is a leader - they could be Mayor, Godfather or Anarchist."

Additional Information (comments): This is my first role idea - I'd really appreciate some responses! I'm considering making it so that players are alerted when they are persuaded. Still dies to Vet, WW etc - Mayor, Godfather and Vampire Hunter cannot be persuaded.

All around good role but change name.

Anarchists don't persuade but it dosent make the role anyworse.

Loving this idea tho

The name is pretty good so far and would fit to the roles abilities.
Why can this role as NE only with with Serial Killers and not with every non town?
If you would like to supress one of those you have in your list, will someone vote for themselves?
Will there be roles which are immune to persuasion?
What is the interaction with a Jailor?
Would the alerting Veteran kill a visiting Anarchist?
The Anarchist should not be nightimmune (immune to attacks), but could select themselves to "persuade" the first attacker.
I think those who were visited by the Arnarchist should be alerted, but you should gather more opinions towards that.

Changed that, thanks.

Hmmm, I'm thinking not.

Good idea - maybe Mayor, Godfather and Vampire Hunter? As they are considered leaders?
Would the alerting Veteran kill a visiting Anarchist?
Yup.

Will change.

Thanks for the suggestions - I'll change that now!

This is a more powerful version of Mace's politician (see link below). One vote commandeered is powerful, but many votes commandeered isn't balanced.

It seems balanced to me..? Maybe you could only do it once?

Maybe, but you'd want to use it sparingly. I don't have a good solution, but I think that would make it so you wouldn't do too much helpful. Then again, you could eliminate a jailor, invest, mayor, etc.

Pretty much. It's basically a neutral mayor of sorts.

Somewhat. I like to think of it as a mix of vamp, arso, mayor and blackmailer with a bit more added in (in a way)
