(Judgement meaning inno/guilty)

If that's so, I've thought of a strategy.

John Hathorne is the Politician, Ann Sears is the Jailor and Deodat Lawson is the Jester. Ann Sears was bribed by John Hathorne, both voting Deodat Lawson. When it is Judgement phase, John Hathorne makes Ann Sears vote guilty and John Hathorne abstains.

Politician is a very powerful role and must be used properly.

Never actually thought of that.
Hidden strength confirmed.

This is just like transporter moving the guilt. Good.

Love this strategy, but you'd still need to count on enough people voting guilty rather than innocent and not just you too.

Yes, the Politician has complete control over the person's voting.
During voting and Judgement.

What if the Politician makes someone vote himself?

Will it just not work? that's not good.

Here's what would happen:
(Forces guy to vote himself)
Guy has voted against Guy.

Here's what should happen:
(Forces guy to vote himself)
Someone has voted against Guy.
Or it would just add a number.

It would work the same, as if a Witch made the Politician bribe himself.
The LeftBox would be your vote, the vote would be broadcasted and the counter would go up. The RightBox would be Guy's vote, the vote wouldn't be broadcasted and the counter would go up.

We have this thread, we don't need it on another thread. And it doesn't nerf the Mayor. It gets an extra vote, and can't bribe Mayor.

bribing is a dumb Idea and i replayed to messages early on in this post I will try and make sure before posting in thread agian

Bribeing is a dumb idea and you should make a anit mayor

1) trys to kill the mayor working with mafia
2) wins even if mafia does. but only wins if gets the mayors spot.
Even better if can claim to be mayor to trick the town to kill the mayor.

How is bribing dumb?
1. No, we don't need a Mayor hardcounter.
2. What.

Not everyone loves mayor games as much as you do. it might be a good idea to nerf.

What is this? So, you want there to be a Neutral mayor who can reveal, and get three votes, whose only goal is to take the Mayor's spot, or survive to see the town lose?

That will encourage random voting, and just straight up killing. REPORTS will be MASSIVE, and you think misreports because of disguiser are a big deal.

Oh, now that I actually thought about what it would be like in game (unlike a certain someone. you.), I'll say it in words more easily understood.

It's not good, go advertise your idea in your own thread like Nelly said.

Just stop. You've no reason to antagonize people.

Moving on from that...

I think this role is good as is. I don't see anything wrong with it atm. Good work, Mace!

Thanks!
What was the role that he posted?
I didn't get a chance to see it before Nelly removed it.
(By the way, thanks)

I like this a lot. It adds voting power for evil roles, something that can be really beneficial for non-town. /fullsupport

Better Consigliere results in accordance to the better Consigliere results list provided by Orangeandblack5 and myself.

Your target always has a spare suit and tie. They must be the Politician!

That's an example. You can probably think of something else, probably something that has to do with money. I'll think about this more as well.

Edit: What's the hex code for the Politician again? I tried to put the color in, but it ended up looking like Amnesiac.

I know it isn't good, just my first thought. About yours, if it has nooses everywhere, it would be Exe.

And I might update the Consig results.
I'll take all ideas into consideration.

What's the point of having a double Yes?
Everyone already votes according to [1=yes | 2=no] anyways, so stop inflating your ego.

As for the role, Gaining someone's vote with force seems more like a Vampire trait. It should be Neutral (Chaos), because it can win against town alone.

Got a problem with the double yes? If you like the role, then you vote yes. If you don't like the role, you vote yes. I don't see the issue here haha

1. It's a petition, not a poll. If people don't like it they can give me feedback in the comments.
2. It fits better as NE because it's wincon is to see the Town lose the game. NE is against Town, and wins with all non-Town. NC is for roles that win with themselves, Witches, Survivors, Exe, Amne, and Jester.
