i feel like if it wins with everyone, there's practically no point in bribing, it should probably be some part of the Mafia, like the concept though.

If you steal a vote from a blackmailed player, then they cannot do the vote spam thing to say there are blackmailed. I am not sure if this is a bad or good thing for the politician.

Also, do you think it should just be one button for the voting system? It'll still give you two votes, one for yourself and one that you stole, but it'd be like a mayor. It just hits one button and both votes go in or should it be like the way you have it, and make it look like the other person that you stole a vote from is voting for someone when they really aren't.

Nice strategy, I'll do this if the Politician comes out in the game.

You'd have to anticipate them being blackmailed, and since you are not mafia, that would be clutch if you could pull that off. Should be an achievement.

Or how about bribe someone who is quiet in the game and in the Voting phase you can spam the votes to think the town that your bribed target is blackmailed. ;)

That will not work because the target may then speak up, disproving that theory.

Jailor/Vig can shoot him for acting like a Jester.

I hope the four people who voted No in the poll would tell me why.

Especially since it literally says "explain in the comments" just so you can't miss it.

Actually, I just editted it after I posted that comment to say it so people know.

I'm changing to poll to Yes/Yes.
So I don't get those 5 little kids voting "No" and not giving me reasoning.

When you delete a poll and make a new one, votes get reset.

Yes. As far as I know, yes.

(Judgement meaning inno/guilty)

If that's so, I've thought of a strategy.

John Hathorne is the Politician, Ann Sears is the Jailor and Deodat Lawson is the Jester. Ann Sears was bribed by John Hathorne, both voting Deodat Lawson. When it is Judgement phase, John Hathorne makes Ann Sears vote guilty and John Hathorne abstains.

Politician is a very powerful role and must be used properly.
