It seems like an interesting idea. I didn't see this mentioned too much in the OP, but what if the Nightmarer visits themselves then the nightmare set on someone else is removed? Just a thought as you're basically giving yourself a nightmare, but can't give yourself a nightmare about yourself.

Maybe I skimmed past it, but is this role unique?
If it's not unique, can you have a nightmare about someone else?

I get this slight feeling that maybe this role would be better off as a Neutral Evil. I say this because I don't see the Mafia messing with dreams, but an evil role like the Witch could. Ever consider changing its alignment?

it doesnt make sense and work as well as a neutral. Sure, in real life, what the role does seems like a witch sort of thing, but for the game, its better as mafia. Your first question the nightmarer is given a nightmare sbout the person he selected. the second question, it is uniques, says it in the original post.

In my opinion we need to repeat the Nightmarer test, in order to really know its functionality. On the TG the Nightmarer got promoted N2-N3. Let's see when the next test of this role is performed.

I like this role its creative and better than my suggestion since i was drunk when i made it (not really but it was a bad idea XD). A better sexier name would be Reaper-I know its a powerful name but I honestly can't think of a better role for Reaper to be---maybe neutral killing? Well if nothing else Reaper fits the name bill

ugh, you misunderstood. it can visit everyone but 1 person dude, it does not lose its night ability. this could mean a bg cant visit a mayor or a serial killer cant attack a mafia member.

Yea Consort is different they prevent 1 person from using their night ability(if they have one)

Nightmarer prevents a specific person from using their night ability on someone else
