ugh, you misunderstood. it can visit everyone but 1 person dude, it does not lose its night ability. this could mean a bg cant visit a mayor or a serial killer cant attack a mafia member.

Bg cant visit mayor-roleblocked
serial killer cant attack mafia-roleblocked but not killed.

And the Consort and Nightmarer are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Let me spell it out for you:
Consort: Prevents someone from doing their night action PERIOD, but only on the night the Consort visits that said someone.
Nightmarer: Permanently prevents someone from visiting someone else, but that someone can still visit other people. Nightmaring BG on Mayor or Doc can prove useful, though.

On the Nightmarer: Having played as the role today, I think it needs a tweak or two. Preventing the Investigator from visiting my Godfather seemed like a good idea until the Investigator announced the next day, "I was prevented from visiting batman." Surprisingly, that didn't turn into a lynch. The situation in which this role seemed the most applicable didn't actually turn out to be so, since it just draws suspicion to whoever the nightmare was about.
The next night I didn't give anyone a nightmare, with the intention of claiming that I had a nightmare myself the next day, except I forgot the next day.
Even if the player is informed that they had a nightmare, but not about who unless they were planning on visiting that person, that still wouldn't do much to save that person from scrutiny if an investigative role is successfully blocked from visiting them.
It was a cool idea, but I think this role might be broken. It's a no from me, barring a serious rework.
