Overpowered, A Neutral Killing role, with unlimited Roleblocks, Who also can join Mafia as a Mafioso, with an Auto-vest. That is way too many good things on one role.
Kill for the wins, Kill for the loss, Kill for the meaning, Kill for the fun.

I find it useless. I'd rather not have a Stunter over a SK or Arso because it can kill three times in a game before becoming a mafia member. Not a lot of chaos to go around.
And there has to be a bit of tweaking with the mafia system for this to work...

Essentially an okay concept but there's just more valuable roles that contribute more to the chaos and help the mafia in NK then a NK trying to become a mafia member and it's essentially just another roleblocking role that the game doesn't need.

So uh...Limited role-blocks? Or he changes to jester once he shoots 3 people? Or he becomes a Mafia non-killing role. Limit of 2 shots as stunter, no vests and commits suicide if shoots a Mafia member

I think it should be infinite amount except he can only do it every two nights. Other than that it is very good role,has been suggested before but this one is less overpowered IMO

Just make sure to notify a player that they've been infected. Otherwise, they'll simply die and won't know why until their death screen. That way, some preventative measures can be taken (ex. not visiting anyone else, effectively stifling some roles)

Yeah I know. Players will automatically recieve a notice as to whether they have been infected. They will also be told if they visited an infected target and got infected themselves or got targeted directly. I don't have to put that down as it is something simple to create

Any role that is neutral AND can kill is Neutral Killing

I like it in a sorta way, but it's time wasting like an Arsonist. And the chances of getting the disease twice would be quite troublesome.

There is no alignment called Neutral Chaos.

Your role would fit under Neutral Killing.

And this: (I swear, how many people forget this... these are ideas though)

Investigator: Your target is a loner
Sherrif: Your target is a Virus Creator
Consigliere: Your target works with viruses and spreads them. They are a Virus Creator.

This just feels like a nerfed Mafioso. A Mafioso can kill anyone But Mafia, like this, but doesn't have the penalty of accidentally Killing a Mafia member. Along with a Mafioso Knows who the Mafia is and can talk with them. Also Mafioso has unlimited attacks.
With no bonuses to this role vs any other, still a thumbs down for now.
Try adding something unique to them that gives them a reason to have to kill to live maybe? or something without such a harsh penalty?

U don't get me do u? The Stunter doesn't know who Mafia is...So Vigilant dies to shooting town...Stunter dies to shooting Mafia...Maybe he dies to shooting anything other than town....So survivor, witch, e.t.c (New role suggestions)

I think I get the idea of this latest version, I just simply tried to state that they are a Very much weaker form of a Mafioso. If you want me to take another stab at it, I also believe it to be a Very weak version of a Vigilante.
This is a Neutral that we are talking about so he already has a disadvantage of not being part of a team, (I say this even though he wins with mafia because he is not part of Mafia Chat) So in that regard is is like a witch.
He only has 3 shots like a Vigilante, even though an SK (Also Neutral Killing) has unlimited, and SK does not commit suicide when they attack Mafia, And SK has Night Immunity.
The only thing Unique about him is that if for some reason all the Mafia dies, he turns into a Jester, which is in a way Very Bad.
Example: 1 Stunter, 3 Mafia, 1 Survivor, 10 Town
After 5 days the Stunter has 1 bullet left, There is 4 Town left, The Survivor, and The last Mafia gets Lynched.
The Stunter then Turns into a Jester and the game ends there, Right after the Mafia gets Lynched, because there is no more Evil, or Neutral Killing roles left. Even though the Stunter still has a bullet.

I personally liked your previous idea better.
