First issue I have with this role. You are suggesting it as a Town role whereas the Agent in FM is a Mafia role. The Town already have the Spy

Now looking at its benefits for both sides.
I see this as a discount Spy and I don't see the Town having any need for it. You already have the Spy being instantly superior to this in terms of whispers and also getting anonymous reverse Lookout results for who the Mafia visited.
The reverse Lookout could be of use to the Town but it has already been suggested multiple times before under various names (Stalker or Tracker for example)
So personally I don't see this as being a good role for the Town compared to other suggestions for reverse Lookouts either.

For Mafia I don't feel that the Agents "Spy" ability would be of much use as it is because not many people whisper in ToS games compared to FM. I can see that part of it's abilities becoming boring very easily to most players, as you would get so little use out of it. If it was in the actual game it would need full Spy abilities or none at all is my opinion. And roles like that have already been suggested as well (Mole)
So that said, it's main benefit to the Mafia would be it's reverse Lookout ability. Which could tell the Mafia what? That someone is a visiting role and they visited this player. Ok so how would that benefit the Mafia? The Consigliere can already tell you exactly what someones role is as opposed to just visiting or non-visiting.
So it's main advantage becomes knowing who was visited. I don't honestly see this being of any real value to the Mafia either.

I would have to say it would be a role that I wouldn't want to see in game for either side. The abilities do not work together in my opinion. They might be of more use in FM, I don't really know however so I can't say for certain, but I don't feel that they would be any good together in the actual game. Also compared to other roles that have been suggested using similar abilities I would see this as being inferior.
Sorry if it sounds harsh that's just my view.

Uh...It kinda is harsh...

What if you can select 2 people for whispering??
And you won't 100% Find a killer because sometimes 4 people visit someone who died at 1 night. So small chance of finding a killer. You can also ask someone for their night action during the day and you can determine whether they are lying or not.
Please make suggestions to what I can change. This role can work in TOS

What I think is the main issue is that you have taken a role that was designed to work for the Mafia as a counter to the Spy and swapped it to Town. The Town doesn't need it as they already have the Spy which makes half of this role instantly redundant and the other half is not going to compare to other suggestions for reverse Lookouts on it's own.

I would say leave it as a Mafia role rather than swapping it to Town and adapt it so that it could work in the actual game or if you want a reverse Lookout for the Town then come up with a good alternative using that feature but leaving out the whispers altogether as I feel that would make it too similar to the Spy and I also do not see it as necessary.

Right now, it would be a Mafia Support role. Deception roles are for Mafia roles that mess up the Town's leads or investigations. (I could be wrong, someone correct me if I am.)

What happens if he chooses a Mafioso/GF or Vig? The other roles in those alignments are all unique. Would be interesting to see though.

Uh I stated it won't work on unique roles. Also Mafioso can't do it. Mainly because he can't become a unique role.

Also Vigilant is under Town Killing. So he can stay as he is or (if decided upon) become a veteran. It's a semi unique role.

Sorry about double posting but the option to stay themselves should be there incase players get a unique role or they don't want to change. The Juggler will only know whether they changed or stayed as their role.
