This nerf brings Witch down to a bit more comperable level to other NEs.
- You can not make your victim, target yourself.
- Role Block Immunity removed.
It doesn't need to be immune to Escorts, other NEs aren't (Stalker is once when self stalking). Escort isn't that strong of a role, and we don't need most of the Evils SC Escorts in some way.

RNG is never good for any strategy based game. Please learn the definition of what that means, especially if you're one of the people constantly defending it.
