Can coven roles be added into TG?

Can coven roles be added into TG? Also does a role HAVE to be a town/mafia/neutral role to be able to go into TG?

Moving this question to Testing Grounds.
Currently we do not really want to add the Coven in, atm. Maybe we will do so when we have found a more balanced version of the Coven, which we could test.
I don't think that factions are fully prohibited to be added, but they might have a harder time.

Are roles that use new concepts tested (Say my Plague role)

Since roles that apepar to be rehashes of existing roles have usually a hard time entering the Testing Grounds, its likely that only roles which have new, refreshing concepts are tested.
