I think I might get banned for an accident (mostly)

It all started when I was playing TOS Coven today and I got the role mafioso.
So on day one I claimed as mafia thinking people might think I was jest but I died on the first night from a potion master with a death note saying if I was actually maf to report for game throwing.
There was a Medium that asked who the other mafs where and I wasn't thinking and I gave away the actual maf members name. They got hung the next day and told everyone in their defense to report me for game throwing. I logged off and went on the forums and here I am.
I really don't want to get banned and I don't know how to defend myself from getting a ban so I'm writing here. Does anyone have any tips for me not to get banned from TOS.
