Post a few challenges you do for 30 days and have successfully done. I've been seeing this all over places like reddit and 9gag for example.

Here's a few of mine which I did well unwillingly when I was moving houses -

Spoiler: 30 days no wi-fi
30 days no Desktop/Computer
30 days Maths everyday for 2 hours at least
30 days No Forums (ties with wi-fi and I survived over 7 weeks)

i thought this is those 30 day challenges where you do different things everyday on a month.

There is one like this.
30 day ab challenge

Well you do a certain exercise per day like 100 pushups then 100 situps day one etc.

Also my only experience with these challenges comes from 30 day writing prompts where you have to write 30 different stories using the prompts.
I usually lag behind after day 13
