So hey, i've been here a year almost constantly (except a month back then) and I just wanted so thank you all. Without you all I doubt I'd even be alive rn so im glad I met every single one of you, even though some of us dont have the best pasts. Once again, thank you all.

Be good to yourself and take care of your mental health; prioritize it. Figure out things (including stuff like going out on forums like this and meeting people) that make you happy, develop a healthy coping strategies, find people you can talk to about mental health (be it a therapist or friends) and vibe with that. Don't blow off mental health and associated issues; give yourself props for having made it through to now whatever you were struggling with (and may continue to struggle with). You're not alone; while what you go through is unique to you, millions of others have been and are currently in the same pits you have been/are currently in. But people just don't like to talk about it for a variety of valid reasons. You do you, love and respect yourself.
