Floor 3216: There's no walls. Large crowds of people sit on the balcony. On one side, they're in formal wear and sipping fine wine. On the other, there's a mob of partygoers playing loud music and throwing water balloons off the side.

The entire building above it is held up by a glass rod. Next to the glass rod there's a locked case with a hammer inside that says "DO NOT BREAK GLASS".

One of the partygoers breaks the glass, a device mounted on the ceiling turns them into glass, which then liquifies and flows into place to fix the cracks.

Floor 3217: An armory. The short guy got his hands on some cool weapons when he got sent up here.

Most of the floor is filled by the bump, so it's difficult to see anything else in the correction facility. Wait, there's probably enough room for me to do this:

Floor 3227: a yoga studio with heavy metal playing in the background. About twelve blue foam yoga mats are unrolled on the floor, with people on them currently in the Tree pose. No one seems bothered by the loud, violent music.
