1) Titles: This is not an official game. Nothing except bragging rights will be awarded for winning this game.

2) Inactivity: If a player hasn't posted in the thread within 36 hours, I will prod them for inactivity. If they do not respond to the prod within 18 hours of it being sent, they will be replaced. Receiving two prods will result in an automatic replacement. Posts must contain content and contentless posts will be seen as prod dodging and will not reset the prod timer.

3) Be Respectful: I will not tolerate any homophobic, racist, sexist, or any otherwise discriminatory behavior. Any type of behavior like this will be punished by being forcibly replaced. Harassment, personal attacks, and taking it beyond the level of normal game banter will result in a warning and/or replacement.

4) Gamethrowing: Any attempt to intentionally make your faction lose the game will result in being blacklisted from future games. This includes shooting a revealed Mayor as a Vigilante or executing a confirmed Town member as a Jailor. All your actions must be done with the goal of winning as your faction and have a clear, logical explanation for your actions. This can include Jesting.

5) Spam: Do not post multiple times in a row if it can be avoided. It detracts from the game and makes it harder for people to catch up. Use quotes and spoilers to make one large post instead of many small ones as well as using the preview function to look at your post before posting it. I will spoiler excessively long posts at my own discretion.

6) No Outside Communication: Do not discuss the game outside of the thread. The only exceptions are mod-sanctioned communication and hydra communication. You may talk about anything game related to your hydra partner- they are part of your slot.

7) Last Wills, Deathnotes, Day Actions, and Night Actions: Be sure to label all PMs to xUltiix accordingly.

You are the gulag administrator, responsible for locking up criminals and executing the worst of them.
With the city in disarray, you've decided to use your gulag and firing squad to return order to this place.

Every night you may send someone to the gulag and potentially send them to the firing squad.
To send somebody to the gulag, you must message your Moderator during the day telling them who you would like to send to the gulag..
If you do not do this before the day is over - you send nobody to the gulag.
You will get a Quicktopic chat with your target and may interrogate them as much as you like.
(NOTE: Imprisoned members of the Russian Mob or Sicilian Mafia will lose the ability to communicate with their allies.)
If you send someone to the gulag, they will be roleblocked and cannot use their night ability, even if they are normally roleblock immune.
However, all night actions fail against your target, unless they are someone with an Investigative night ability.
If you execute somebody, they will be roleblocked and killed. An execution will kill anybody, even roles immune to other forms of night killing.
If you execute a City member, you will be prevented from putting anyone in the gulag on the following night.
You can execute up to 2 times.

When you choose to jail someone, you may also send in an opening message. This will be sent with their notification that they were hauled off to jail.

Celebrated around the city as a fair judge, you were widely known for your ability to see fair verdicts to the end.
It is now time you realize that your power is exactly what the city needs to see the right people punished.

During the day you may choose one person, that night the target then can optionally write a 1000 character affidavit which will be sent to you. You may hold on to the affidavit yourself or submit it to the town and it will be posted completely anonymously.
You may also pm your moderator during the day to start a trial, when a majority is reached on a player it will be announced that you have entered the gallows and a trial has begun.
During a trial you can communicate with the town anonymously via two 1000 character limit messages for your opening/closing arguments.
Within 24 hours, the players must send a vote of /Guilty or /Not Guilty to the Game Moderator.
Your vote counts as three in trials.
At the end of the Trial, regardless of the verdict, the Day Phase will end.
During your trials, you may also swap defendants, or force a verdict. You may only do each of these once and they can be used together.

You have decided to throw in your efforts with the City to get rid of these criminals.

Each night, you can choose one player to visit. They will be roleblocked, unable to use their role. Your target will be informed that they were roleblocked.

You have decided to work with the City and allow them to use your powers to contact the important dead.

At night select a dead player, you will open contact with them allowing you to communicate to them.
Communication must be done through the moderator.
The only limit is that you may not explicitly or implicitly talk about other psychics or your identity.
The dead only have until the end of the Night Phase to answer you back and see all medium messages as a generic "psychic".
Dead players being contacted by a Psychic are still permitted to use the dead chat.

Your alignment is Mob Head.

You are a trusted and loyal lieutenant to the influential Pakhan. Not being a fan of the killing part, you instead prefer to read and book keep the Russian Mob's earnings sending your goons to perform the will of the Mob. For operations such as these you push aside your disgust and instead remind the mob just why you're in charge around here.

You may target a member in your team at night, retraining them into another Russian Mob role of your choosing. The player who is being retrained is roleblocked even through immunity if the retraining succeeds. However, should you be retraining yourself this will be ignored.
Should this ability succeed then you must wait an additional night until you may retrain again.
You may not promote players into unique roles, even if they are already an unique role.

You've been sent forth from the Russian Mob headquarters with a small group by the Pakhan. You're the Russian Mob 2ic and are proud of it, with your hands on skills at your job. You are here to improve the Russian Mob's presence in this city.

Every day, you may choose to jail somebody.
To Jail somebody, you must message your Moderator during the day telling them who you would like to Jail. If you do not do this before the day is over, you jail nobody.
The prisoner is removed from any night chats they might be and are roleblocked. However, they are added to a Quicktopic chat with you.
While imprisoned, only Protective and Investigative abilities may be used against your target.
If you choose to execute your prisoner as the Russian Mob's night kill, they are roleblocked and killed. This does not ignore night immunity.
When you choose to jail someone, you may also send in an opening message. This will be sent with their notification that they were hauled off to jail.

You are a Inforser

Your alignment is Mob Head.

You were previously an American pilot with an eye for detail, flying over Russia to locate Russian troops. Your plane was shot down and you barely escaped with a parachute, however you landed right in the middle of a detachment of the Russian Mob. You were immediately told you could choose to join them or be killed, and you chose to join. With your unique skills, you quickly rose to become the leader. Now you are coming to this city for the Russian Mob.

As long as you are alive, the Mob may secretly communicate during the day.
Once each night you may target a member of the Mob and a person not aligned with the Mob. Should either role be visited that night by a role which has a directly helpful or harmful ability, you will copy that role and perform its action on your second target, or vice versa. You will do this for all actions being carried out on your targets that night, including self-targeting abilities other than Trapper alerts.
You may not target yourself.
This ability ignores Konveyyer swaps and if one of the targets is hijacked, the second target will be forced to visit the same player as the first.

You are a goon of the Russian Mob, following the Russian Mob detachment leader's every order.
It's not all bad though; you are the second in command and when anyone else falls you will be allowed to take their abilities.

Each night you may choose 1 member of the Mob to shadow. You will carry out their job that night on any target you wish.
You may only do this once per player in the Russian Mob.

This attack also cleans it's victim.
You will copy the player's role who you kill exactly, if they were doused you now have to live with that too.
If another Doppler kills your target, then you will both fail, you aren't allowed to share.
If your kill fails, or you die the night of conversion then you will automatically lose. You will also die should you be a Doppler without your shot.

Plotter

You are the Plotter.

Your alignment is Neutral Benign.

You believe that everyone is out to get you, so you must destroy them first. You do this by planting information on people to start a catastrophic plot to detonate a nuclear device in the middle of the city. If the information packet's carrier has a violent action performed on them, the information's failsafe will send a signal to the bomb that will then set a timer.

Each night you may give an information packet to one person. Each packet will last for two nights.
If that person is attacked, the violence of the event triggers the failsafe.
Once the failsafe is triggered, a warning is sent to the city that a plot to destroy the city's central government has been initiated.
After 3 following nights, the device will detonate, killing everybody in the city while you leave the city for the night as to not die.
The only way to defuse the device is to kill the Plotter first.
You are immune at night. The Underboss and Gulag Administrator's kills will fail against you.

You are an extremely secretive person, skilled in the art of manipulating people's actions. You can redirect them in the night onto a different target of your choosing, causing chaos and disorder in the city.

Every night you can choose somebody to hijack and somebody who you want your hijacked player to use their ability on.
You won't be informed of the end result of your hijack or even if the one you hijacked had an ability to use.
You'll have to pay close attention to learn people's abilities and use them to make the City suffer.
Your expertise in hijacking also taught you reflexive stopping. You use this to stop the first person who might attempt to kill you.
It will be used up whenever you are attacked without protection. The shield will only work against gunshots, stabbings, and dousing.

This makes you completely immune the phase during and after their death. This includes even protection breaking attacks. The only thing that pierces this immunity is the Plotter succeeding.

You are an average criminal, finding desecrating graves is more lucrative and less risky than street crime and killing. The city has recently put a watch on the graveyard for valuable item thieves, hindering your money making. You have instead decided to rob the graves of important people to use their abilities to forward an anti-City agenda.

Each night, you can choose a dead player to steal from.
You will be passively informed of how many charges each dead player has at the beginning of each night.
You may use their ability as if you were that role for that night and gain any of their special attributes (IE night/roleblock immunity).
For each dead person you may only steal from them once.
You may not steal from unique roles, Hijacker being the only exception.
When you steal from a killing role, you will only take their passives. You're not one for killing.
You have no idea how the Plotter's fuses work, thus you've decided against using them.
You win as long as the City loses.

You are a talented mimic, able to copy the skills and abilities of others. After regulations preventing you from using your talents to make easy money were implemented by the City, you have decided to use your talents to destroy the City so you can go back to making money off your talents.

At night, you may choose a non-Killing action that is performed by a role that may be in the game. You may also choose a target, or two targets for swapping or hijacking.
You may not choose to mirror the Sniper or Pyromaniac's actions or a factional kill.
If the ability you choose to mirror is used that night, you will perform it on your target.
You may also choose to mirror Night Immunity rather than an action.
You do not have limited uses of each role.

It was a cold day in Russia as everyone was watching the news closely. A national emergency had been declared with Russia being at war with the United States, the Russian Mob's presence ever growing, and the Sicilian Mafia coming to the country. They were waiting for a speech by the president. The news suddenly cut off as most of the power to the city was shut down. Cries of "CYKA BLYAT!" could be heard from anywhere in the city and a mile radius around. The people of this city were going to have to fight back.

Day 1 has started! It will end in 120 hours or 5 days at 8:00 PM PDT on 10/21/17 or when majority is reached.
