Help! My PM's Don't Work!

Excuse me none of my PMs to either Iceclimbers or Rockfire work. I select either one of those users in the "select user" thing, and find their username to be a part of the PM. Then when I submit it, and then it says that neither of them exist or something. Can I have help? Also I did recently clear my cache so I don't think that's the problem.
