The Rokkaku expo failed, and it seemed as if the streets of Tokyo were freed. Everyone was happy. DJ Professor K kept Jet Set Radio going live and wild for all the streets to hear. But soon, the rudies started to notice something. Some of the Rokkaku emblems had the covering tags removed. The GGs lost all the work they put into marking their turf in Dogenzaka Hill. The trademark mummy graffiti of the Immortals mysteriously disappeared from the Skyscraper District. Even deep in the sewers, the disgusting purple paint was removed to show Rokkaku symbol. The Rokkaku wouldn't go down that easily. They thought they had taken down Gouji, but it looks like now his influence is even greater than ever! A few people decided to step up, and ensure that money wouldn't buy a free city from them.
But Gouji has his tricks. He knows how to stir up confusion. He and his men figured out ways to blend in with their opposition. Learning to skate wasn't too difficult, and they knew that they could take down anyone from within. Nobody knows who they can trust. All they have is a board. They all put their tags on the board, and whoever gets the most tags is thrown off the top of the Skyscraper district.
