False Spy Bug Results?

I bugged a player N1 who was transed but "Your target was transported" didn't show up at the end of the night? I did die during the night but I figured I still got the results and there was a Medium so I had transmitted my results to him. The person I had target claimed transed the next day and I thought he was lying since my bug didn't show up, almost caused town to hang him, and he was jailor

Bug results are mostl not shown when the Spy dies that night.
