Hello, I am going to comment on something that has happened to me. On Sunday, March 10, 2019, I had the prize for the cauldron, I opened it between 4:25 PM and 5:21 PM. I gave him a prize and he touched me a character skin, but it came out invisible to me. Obviously I went to the site to see the skins and the skin did not come out, so I left it as it was (that is, with the random skin). I decided to play a game to see if it happened that the skin that had touched me came out and it did. I took another game and it did not come out but I noticed that another user had that skin.
Then I went again to change the skin of the character and did not let me change it directly. To change it I had to give that option and houses (to give an example) and then close the houses and I left the list of skins, but still did not appear that Skin.
From that moment, that skin has not come back to me.
On Friday 22nd I decided to see how it was to configure personalization, that is, the skin of the character, the map, the skin of the mascot, the house, the death and the skin of the character, not including the scrolls. I realized that he would not let me enter to change the death. I leave you a video showing it.
Today I had a prize in the cauldron and I recorded it on video of how it was before and after receiving the prize from the cauldron, including the scrolls. I leave the video below.

Do you remember which character skin you received?
In the first video there was the star girl skin shortly visible when you managed to open the customisation screen, was this the one you got?
Thanks for your report btw, but I believe any issues that purely are caused by the flash client (current web and Steam version) are not going to be fixed, as there is a new client in the works and planned to be released soonish.

Hi, I remember the skin that touched me and I could identify it. As for the skin of the star girl and the werewolf I have not had any problems with them and they both touched me in the cauldron.

Coincidentally, in the only game I have taken today, the invisible skin that I am referring to has come out. I have made a screenshot.
I have the skin, but it does not appear in the list of skins in personalization options.
Although the customization options remain the same as before

Could you upload the screenshot somewhere and link it here, please?
Could you sawp the UI language to English and check if you can change your customisation afterwards?

Hi, I have changed the language of the IGU to English and it is normal. I've recorded it on video.

I wanted to add a video of how the store looks in Spanish, but only for the part of the skins. That link is the following:

I have tried to see if it was corrected by saving it in the language of the IGU in English, then leaving and entering the language of the IGU in Spanish, but it has not been corrected.

Thanks for updating that the issue is on the spanish localisation. It appears that some character skins are missing a translation/display, which might be why the change of the skin is not available.
Regarding the saved language setting of the UI: Did you mean that the box showed an other language than the one you selected after restarting the app?
