Hi,

I just stopped an execution at the 2 second mark and my chat reflected that I had 'changed my mind' yet the execute still went through and the player died. This is not the first time that this has happened to me. I have been able to replicate this bug before. If you abstain from an execute less than 4 seconds from the end of the night, it seems there is a chance that the game forces you to execute anyway.

I'm submitting this because it was at least 2 seconds from the finish AND the client showed in the chat log that the game recognized that I spared the person, so I have hard time buying that it's merely lag.

Be aware that latency can be an issue when playing an online game, thus your change of mind might not have reached the server in time. The selection/deselection-message is triggered by the client, not the server, so you could trigger a targetting message for the night action, despite being at day, or trigger the selection message after you received the "you did not perform your night ability"-message.
