Some HOST computers have processors that are way to fast


- Town Votes at the Start

Game turns from day to night quickly before all the votes are in.

There are no host computers. There's a server.

I believe they meant that phases end earlier than they visually end, of before the timer runs out for them.

Regarding the latter: It could be client sided lag.
