Bought Steam version but didnt get the reward

i just bought the game on steam but i didnt get the steambot 3000 skin and the gold

Have you tried using the green "sign in with Steam" button?
No reply to your support ticket after 15 business days? PM me with your ticket number.

I have a similar problem. I signed in with the link to STEAM account. i GOT the GOLD. but NO STEAMBOT 3000 skin. Please help.

Have you relogged after that, eman? sometimes a relog fixes it.
