Stuck on name screen

Hi there, sorry this is my first report! I was in a lobby and the game started and I tried to type in a name and it wouldn't let me and it wasn't loading any other names and after the timer ran out it stayed on the name screen. The music started like I was playing the game and I was getting all the messages from the chat but it was still on the name screen. I was later informed that I had died and that I was jailor and I am worried people are going to report me for thinking I was away from keyboard. Im not sure hot to post the screenshots from my mac but if anyone knows how feel free to help me out.
