Freezing Issue

I don't know if this is a bug or not, however, I have noticed that quite frequently while ingame I will have the game freeze on me, I can still enter the sidebar menu and leave/exit, but not continue with my current game. This is a recurring issue that I am having and would like to know if this is a bug or not.
