Had a limited time offer, tried to purchase it and I couldnt

I loaded out of a game of All Any and the Frozen Feinds bundle (something along those lines cant remember the exact name) for 0.99 popped up so I tried to purchase it and I could not press the unlock button, is there any reason to this? I was particularly interested in this bundle as I added money to my steam account to buy it only to not be permitted to purchase it in game for some unknown reason. Please help.
