Low fps on menu animations

Steam player here. All animations that aren't part of gameplay, i.e. on the main menu, the daily brew, customization previews, play at like 2-5 fps. In game, no issues. I tried reinstalling. Anyone know a fix?

Have you tried disabling vsync?

My daily brew is still janky, but turning vsync on, then off, fixed all the other animations. Ty

Did anyone else find a fix? I still have this problem every time I open the game.

Do you have any overlays (Steam overlay, nVidia overlay, Discord overlay) enabled? And if so, does the FPS increase when disabling those?

Disabling all overlays didn't work. I noticed that the fps is great when in windowed mode. Fullscreen is causing the issue, oddly.

Also, toggling vsync no longer works.

I'm experiencing this Issue as well... mega laggy Animations, grabbing Daily Brew took over 5 minutes to complete, Animations in Character Creator act like they don't wanna play at all & ya have to 'kick' each Frame to make it play at all, etc. Yet the rest of the game runs fine. Oddly, opening my Steam Overlay made the Animations & Daily Brew animating run normally & fine, but the mega lag returns when Overlay closed again.

I researched around on here a tad & saw mention of "Adobe Air" so I tried Installing it then tested again... it actually made things worse... now all the stuff that was mega laggy still is, AND opening Steam Overlay does not affect the mega lag. I uninstalled Adobe Air.

messing with VSync has no effect either way... I only have it on cause there's nothing in the Options for setting Max Frame Rate myself. I run game on a 144 Hz Monitor & didn't wanna take the chance of my Dragon Rig runnin the game so well that it tries to run at FPS higher then 144 & risk Issues, so use VSync as a band aid fix. Res is 1920x1080.

Any other info I could try to give to try to be of help?

Many thanks for your time. :)

Adobe Air is not required anymore since the game runs on an other engine.
Do you see how many ressources the Client would use (for eample via the Task Manager for windows)?
