Cannot Login To Steam

Whenever I click on "Sign in through steam", it gets stuck on the pop-up window saying "verifying account". If I try to log into another ToS account, it asks me if I want to link my steam account to access my coven content, and no matter what I click, it does nothing and does not even let me play on another account. Please help!

This could solve the verifying thing.
The other one is that you cannot link an other account with Steam, when you have one already linked with it.
