I just checked that my account was banned for a single "Hate Speech/Harassment" report:

1. The report is falsely written. I never said homosexuality is a disease; I said it was a disorder. The reporter is clearly making it sound like I said something worse than what I actually did.

2. This is not hate speech nor harassment. Saying that a disorder (well established for decades) is a disorder is not hateful nor harassing anybody. I just stated a simple fact, and it wasn't even negative at all. The guy's name was "Grindr Thot", so what I said was appropriate. The only reason he reported me was that he was mad about losing. That's not a valid reason to report someone.

It seems clear whoever deemed this guilty has some bias, and has more research to do on what harassment means. I kindly ask that an unbiased mod please reverse this ban.

Sure, but I wasn't reported for offending someone. I was reported for hate speech/harassment. Offending someone does not meet that criteria, and people offend each other in this game all the time. I can take offense when someone votes me up to be hanged, and I don't report them. I've been called "retarded" just because I vote someone up who doesn't want to lose, and I don't file false hate speech reports on that just because it's offensive.

So my account (which is barely a month old) is permanently banned over one sentence? That's absurd for a pay-to-play game. It's my first offense. It can't even be bumped down to temporary?
