Appeal for racism

hey i got banned for racism. there was a guy named Muhammedd in our game and i called him an arab and said we don't want another 9-11 happening. i told him to go back to the middle east and called him a dumb jihad.
think i got permanently banned for it and its my first offense. im looking to get my prison sentence reduced. thank you
