Today i tried logging onto my account and i noticed i was banned, i'm not sure why i was banned but i think it was because i was using out of game knowledge. You probably get this alot but i honestly didn't know it was against the rules. I've looked it up on the TOS wiki before and it said "Players are allowed to play with their friends and use external communications during gameplay, such as using Skype." When i saw this i stopped reading. Apparently, right below that it says "If players are found and/or admit to using outside communication to gain information, then they may be reported for cheating." I realize now that i was cheating, and i understand why its wrong. It gives an unfair advantage against the BMer. I'm truly apologize for my actions, and I never wanted to break the rules. I love the game and this actually makes me disappointed. I don't like playing unfairly, and i'm sorry.

It means that the reason is currently not known to me and I'll investigate what caused you to get banned instead of only suspended for cheating.

You were givign yourself a very unfair advantage using a third party communication. You are free to talk about whatever topic you want, but not passing on info, that is not considered public (as in has been stated in the chat).

I understand what i did wrong, and why what i did was wrong... and i'm sorry, but why does this constitute a permanent ban?
