I was recently banned for spamming in a game.
But it wasn't really spamming since I was left against two mafias' and was just writing I HATE MAFIA for the lulz while being hanged.

This is clear as day spamming. Just because it's later in the game, doesn't mean it's not disrupting to the game and annoying to your fellow players.
