Appealing: pestybob

I was not multi-accounting nor teaming in this game. When I said I was playing on multiple accounts it was a joke. The person I was whispering might've been cheating and playing on multiple accounts but I never said I was going to team or help them I was joking around and "praising" them as a joke. I believe this ban is unfair and in no way was I meta-gaming or cheating.
