Greetings, my favourite online game managers!

I've been a devoted player of ToS for full 6 years now, since spring of 2016 - all by this good ol' account.

I was banned yesterday, it says 'for leaving the game while alive' - I have multiple recorded 'ABNORMAL DISCONNECTIONS' because of poor internet status, since I come from a poor Eastern European country.

Please, consider this as a fair appeal since I DID NOT INTENTIONALLY LEAVE the games by myself.
Personally - I hate that kind of misbehaviour by other players.

I do solemnly swear that I won't use my account for any kind of irregular activity, I also appologise for my poor internet connection status.

Thanks for listening and I hope you'll restore my account as soon as possible.
