I understand what I did was wrong and I took the frustration out on a game thrower and poor playing player who was not paying attention in the game, however, I was permanently banned instantly with no warnings, and from what I have read online and through forums there is the sequence for bans, I would be happy with even up to a week ban, but permanent ban especially after paying for the coven expansion on that day feels like my money has been stolen from me.
