appealing - account was hacked, unban if possible and reset

my account was hacked by the same person who owns projectwyze, frankhesse, kronemeyer, etc.. (check ip) they spammed racist and homophobic messages on my account. if you dont believe me you can check IP address, the ip address will be different from when its usually played. this account been active since 2016 and no history of hate speech, so why would i all of a sudden say these vile things? please punish the real offender and provide me with a password reset if all gets sorted out
