Good afternoon. I have been away for a long while, lockdown has been boring and I wanted to login into ToS to play some games only to realise that I'm banned, I was informed that a data breach happened and my account was compromised, someone logged on it and left games massively, tanking my elo to 0 points, the same person also informed me that if you were away when the breach happened and logged on the game after October 2020 the game would force you to change the password, I don't have access to my email anymore, thus I can't change my password on forums (email is the only way I know to reset it).
I'm writing this appeal asking to change my permanent ban to one week ban because my account has 3 strikes, and hopefully I can change my password in the game after that. If there's a way to offer support to change my email I would appreciate
