I am curious as to why I have been permanently banned from a first time offence. From what I am aware of it was all due to the names of my character in game. I don't believe that this should be enough to justify permanently banning an account. I understand that it was inappropriate and extremely immature, and I am very sorry, but all I can ask for is a second chance and I can promise you this will not happen again.

Aside from there being a zero-tolerance policy on racism, the report is also archived. Archived reports are not eligible for appeal, and even if they were, hate speech-related bans are also not eligible for appeal.
