Leaving suspension

I'm gonna have to ask why I was suspended, because I've had a username change and therefore TrialBot does not work for my account. Username now is Chillipot

My game doesn't freeze as often as it does for some people, but it still happens occasionally, so I'd greatly appreciate some leniency with this one, given the number of hours I've played tos for vs. the very few games that I've left.
