Ban for Hate Speech/Harrasment

I went to log into ToS and it told me my account got suspended for Hate Speech/Harrasment. I don’t know how long my ban was for but I have like a little over 2 days left. I never have used anything racist/ableist/hateful towards anyone. I may talk trash but so does everyone else. I see it happen in so many games I play and I feel like my account should be appealed because of that. I see tons of people going at it in a game and I don’t know if it’s because they just don’t get reported but I’ve been talked trashed to before and I never reported them. It’s part of gaming now. I see it in every game I play, not just ToS. I really hope that my account can be appealed
