Keep in mind that archived reports cannot get appealed. The bottom two of your reports are archived.
As for the top two, they both seem valid to me:
Leaving - You did intentionally leave the game
Gamethrowing - You outted the VIP
Only invalid reports can get appealed, which these two don't seem to be, although you will have to wait for an Admin to give the final verdict.
