Banned for cheating

Hello! I was trying to log in to TOS to play with my friends when it said I've been banned for cheating. How is this possible? Ive literally never cheated in my life. I'm 13 years old and I don't know how to even install cheats, and why cheat in TOS? Game is way more fun without cheats. Wo I would like to appeal for my suspension as I feel like its not deserved at all. Thank you
