My account is banned for "leaving games while alive"

Dear BlankMediaGames employee,

First of all, my game freezes a lot. It is because sometimes my internet is down for like 5 seconds and then i can't reconnect to the server. So, i just reload the page and get redirected to the inlog screen(i can't reconnect).

That should give the reason why i disconnect quite frequently.

Hope you can unban me.
