I've recently been banned for "leaving games while alive" and this is due to the fact that I'm using the flash client which has a habit of disconnecting a lot. I think I did leave twice on purpose (both times as Arsonist so I wasn't hurting any teammates) but every other time has been because of the awful connection. You can tell this because if you look at many of my games, I leave while we have the majority and I'm just about to win. I've been robbed of a lot of wins due to this unfortunate circumstance and now I'm banned for it as well. If you could at least lower it to a suspension for me leaving as Arsonist, I would be grateful, but none of my other disconnections were my fault.

That's all I really have to say. I really don't want to buy the Steam version to legit pay to not lose connection to a game.

So leaving once as Arsonist when I've been playing since 2018 results in a permanent ban?

Leaving on purpose is against the games rules and can result in a suspension.
Our suspension system is based on tiered suspensions, this means that the suspensions will grow on length. Each report TrialBot has posted symbolizes one suspension issued to your account. The fourth susepnsion is currently permanent.

But this is the third suspension. Look at the reports.

The report itself was given a normal guilty verdict, not skipping a tier, which means that there was a suspension issued to your account, which was not based on a report.

Can you at least tell me what that suspension was for? I don't recall ever being suspended and not checking my reports.

Chances are the 4th suspension was related to the old filter-suspension feature, where if you triggered the hard filter, and it rejected your message too many times, it'd suspend you.

I've reduced the permanent ban to the third tier, 1 week suspension. Please login once you read this and start the timer.
